Dear valued customers, partners and employees, as the CEO of S.I.I.T. I would like to share with you the progress we have made and our plans.
We must continuously develop new ideas and new innovative technologies that allow us to launch innovative and useful products for consumers’ wellbeing. Each product must be developed and produced with consciousness, in respect of the highest quality standards.
Like any company, we have faced challenges along the way, and I believe that with the passion and hard work of our employees we will overcome any obstacle. Our company is committed to continuous improvement and excellence, and we constantly look for ways to improve our products, our services and our customer care.
The people working in our group must be loyal, competent and rigorous; their behaviour must be fair and ethically correct, and their remuneration appropriate to the work they do.
In addition to growth and expansion, we are committed to social responsibility. We are responsible to the communities in which we live and work, and we guarantee a safe, motivating and transparent environment, with responsible environmental behaviour certified to international standards. By making sustainable practices a key part of our business we reduce our environmental impact and protect the resources we are privileged to use.
